- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 07, 2019, by John SmithI have been dealing with B and D for 20 years. Spent about twenty thousand for custom made furniture and upholstery. The last job was to just fill or re stuff the back of a chair. They had the chair six weeks and charged 600.00 dollars. The top of the chair was sewn crooked and they wanted the chair back for two weeks to fix it. I have been in the design field for 40 years, this was a 30 minute fix in my home, but they refused. Bad workmanship and no customer service !
