I did read some of the previous reviews and felt compelled to write only my 2nd review ever online, this one now and a non related review on TripAdvisor for a hotel stay in Kalamazoo recently. I found the people involved at G&G honest and they honored remodel agreement..sometimes with compromise, but also with very satisfactory results. I would not hesitate to recommend.
