  This location is a JOKE! Last year I rented a tablet that I returned 3 weeks after renting and they spent 2 months calling accusing us of missing the payments. Each phone call required the same explanation, why is the staff not communicating or putting the info in the system? I rented a set of bunkbeds a couple months ago and have since discovered that the lack of communication wasn't situational with the tablet, the problem is that those people simply do not know how to do their jobs. Upon renting the beds we elected for no insurance. Every single time we have called to make our payment since getting the beds they have tried to charge us 40 some odd dollars for a set of beds that came with a $19.99 payment. Every single call they have to be reminded to remove the insurance from my account and yet the following week it's the same crap. Several people warned me not to deal with this location because of similar issues and I chose to try it due to the fact that it's literally at the end of my street. I'm extremely irritated with this place and I'm looking into switching locations.
