  Went there today (3/8/2018) and Lindsey took care of us. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt like my friend was helping us, not just some random person. She truly took the time to explain things to us and help us get our new phones and transfer out items from our previous phones. She was just beyond helpful. I will definitely be going back to see her in the future for any phone needs.

  Horrible horrible horrible avoid this location always!!!! I walked in at 645 to simply switch my phone because I was sent the wrong one. The service rep named made my experience so horrible I never call corporate but I had to call them. I waited an hour because she wanted to flirt and make new friends instead of giving the waiting customers service. She told the guy standing at the front door at 715 not to let anyone else in because they’re close when the sign says 8pm closing so clearly she was simply being lazy. She sat and gossiped with a customer for the rest of the night while a man was waiting 30 minutes to be seen. Meanwhile the other associate was running around and took care of four customers in the time the other associate was having her gossip party. Oh and to top it all off I had to leave without my phone because they weren’t even done by 830 because they couldn’t figure it their mess up for sending me the wrong phone.
